Calling Services: Internet Call Manager

Internet Call Manager from Cincinnati Bell ensures you will never miss another phone call while working on the Internet. If you receive a call while online, Internet Call Manager (ICM) automatically opens a window displaying the caller's name and telephone number. Internet Call Manager then allows you to act on the call in one of the following ways:

  • Answer - play a message that you are aware of the call and will answer after logging off.
  • Transfer - direct the call to another number such as a wireless phone or a second line.
  • Play Message - play customizable messages.
  • Voice Mail - send the call to user's voice mail service, or
  • Ignore - the call completely if you don't subscribe to voice mail.
  • Record and play up to six customizable messages including "I'll call you back," "You call me back" - and four others.
  • AutoActions - select specific actions for all callers or individual callers, such as "Always send to voice mail" or "Always play a customized message".
  • Expanded call log and list.
  • Identify incoming calls by nickname.
