Install your new Wireless Internet (WiFi) routerIf you have an existing WiFi router installed, proceed to Step 2. Install your new Wireless Internet (WiFi) router following the setup instructions provided with the router. When setting up your router, you will be asked to choose a Network Name (SSID). You may also choose to set up a security password (WEP key). Please make note of this inforamtion for handy reference when setting up your Fusion WiFi phone in Step 2. If you purchased a Tri-Link router from Cincinnati Bell, you will be able to use your Fusion WiFi phone after router is installed. No additional setup is needed. |

Set-up Your Fusion WiFi PhoneFirst, be sure you have your Wireless Internet (WiFi) router installed (see step 1), and that your Fusion WiFi phone is fully charged. Go to the room where your WiFi router is installed and proceed with setup per the following instructions.

You are now ready to make calls!The green dot at the top left of the screen indicates you are connected to WiFi. If you are unable to make calls, visit the troubleshooting section to deterimine why. The Fusion WiFi service will tend to drain the battery on your Nokia 6086 phone. To conserve talk time, you can turn off your phone WiFi antenna when you are not using a WiFi spot.

Press the WiFi > WiFi Radio, then press SELECT to turn WiFi off or on. |
Some WiFi networks may be hidden by the owner, and will not appear as an "Available Network". If you know the SSID and WEP key, you can access the network by following the steps outlined below.

Press the WiFi Menu button and select Available Networks >Options > Hidden Networks. |

Enter the SSID and WEP key. Save the settings. |
To change a name for your saved networks, enter the WiFi menu, select Saved Networks > Options > Rename. Enter a new name on the keypad, select OK.

Yes. Fusion WiFi is available in the following countries on select non-secured Hot Spots. The ability to gain access to a WiFi hot spot cannot be guaranteed by CBW. Customers using International WiFi service will be billed International LD for any calls that are terminated outside of the United States. International roaming (free) feature must be added to your line for Fusion WiFi to work, call Customer Care 1-888-391-3925 before traveling abroad.
