The subscriber to One Reach Plus service has the ability to call any time of the day to
change the list of call out numbers as needed. The Automated Administrator will prompt
the user through the process. The system will recognize the telephone number entered and
also the PIN (customer code plus 0 from the primary service). Verification will be made
that the TN/PIN entry is accurate and belongs to a One Reach Plus customer. The system
will also keep track of failed login attempts.
If you are a first time user, your initial PIN is the last 3 digits ofyour account + '0' (zero)
The customer calls the telephone number (513.39REACH; 513.397.3224) for the
Automated Administrator and will be prompted through the process:

"Your One Reach Service is currently active"
