How to order services:

1. Select services you want
   Select the services you are interested in by checking the select box under products you want.
2. Start Setup for each product you have selected
   Click Start Setup and we guide you through your purchase helping you choose the features and services for this product. Repeat for each product you have selected.
3. Finish Setup for products not completed
   If there are products selected that have not been completed they will state Finish Setup. Click Finish Setup to choose the features and services for this product.
4. Change existing products (optional) If you have existing service with Cincinnati Bell and wish to make changes to your service click Make Changes to update the features and services for existing products.
5. Complete and Checkout
   After you have completed set up for all the products you want (products will state Complete) proceed to checkout by clicking the Checkout button. All products you have selected must state Complete before you can checkout.
