What if I'm not in a 4G area?
If you are outside of our local 4G coverage areas, you will be able to access our 3G coverage with your 4G device.
Can I still use 3G with a 4G device?
Yes. Your 4G Cincinnati Bell device will be able to access our 3G and 4G network. When 4G is available, your phone will automatically switch to 4G, allowing you to get up to 3 times faster speeds.
